With an early career focused on resourcing, Jonathan has diversified over his twenty years in people management, and now particularly enjoys Winter People’s involvement in mediation and leadership team development.

Anna has worked in Human Resources roles across a range of industries and cultures. Her considerable experience in North America has been particularly relevant in her role with Winter People.
